1.一般资料:8例均为先天性眼震。男6例,女2例,年龄9～20岁。本组合并共同性内斜者2例,共同性外斜者1例,斜视者占37%。代偿头位:头偏向正中线左侧者5例,右侧者3例。2.治疗方法:①三棱镜矫正法:根据临床检查结果,选用适当度数的三棱镜分别置于双眼前,两眼所用度数相同,尖的方向均指向“中间带”所在方向。本组选择能矫正头位的最小度数治疗。戴三
1. General Information: 8 cases were congenital nystagmus. 6 males and 2 females, aged 9 to 20 years old. In this group, there were 2 cases of common internal oblique, 1 common external oblique, strabismus accounted for 37%.
