采用双头局部电容探针测量空气-水两相流中弹状流的空泡份额和气泡速率。通过理论推导得出该新型探针的工作原理,然后利用该探针测量弹状流中的两相信号。理论分析和实验验证表明,局部电容探针抗干扰性好、输出信号稳定,探针测得的动态信号与弹状流实际运动过程完全一致;所测得弹状流空泡份额α=37.5%,弹状流气泡速率v=0.545 m/s。
A two-head local capacitance probe was used to measure the bubble fraction and bubble velocity in the slug flow in the air-water two-phase flow. The principle of the new probe is deduced theoretically, and then the probe is used to measure the two-phase signal in the slug flow. Theoretical analysis and experimental verification show that the local capacitive probe has good anti-jamming performance and stable output signal, and the dynamic signal measured by the probe is exactly the same as the actual movement of the slug flow. The proportion of deformed slug flow α = 37.5% , Slug bubble velocity v = 0.545 m / s.
