在实施改革开放战略以来,我国的经济和科技都有了显著的提升,其中对于科技的要求也变得越来越高。数控车床的全称为计算机数字控制车床,是一种集多门专业知识于一体的数控机床,主要包括机械、电气、气动和信息等几个重要科学知识,在我国的工业化进程中占据分量很大,使用的范围最为广泛。其中,数控车床的加工精度对于整个机械器件的生产乃至我国工业化的发展都具有很重要的意义,是影响我国机械器件生产质量的重要因素。本文主要针对数控车床展开讨论,主要介绍了数控车床的组成以及工作原理,并在此基础上分析了影响数控车床加工精度的因素,并提出了相应的对策。下面将针对上述几个方面进行详细阐述。
