为使科技型企业有效选择协同创新参与主体组合模式、提高协同创新功效,采用探索性因子分析法,从协同创新内外部影响因素及创新成果投入成本因素视角,发掘出了参与主体组合模式优选指标体系;依据产学研用参与类型的数量,提出了7种参与主体组合模式;将传统TOPSIS法中的距离测度公式拓展到三参数区间数,并凸显重心点在三参数区间数中的重要性,改进了欧式空间距离测度公式,建立了基于改进型TOPSIS的协同创新参与主体组合模式优选模型;结合3个协同创新项目实际,进行了参与主体组合模式优选模型应用研究,发现改进后的距离测度公式提高了组合模式优劣性区分度。
In order to enable science and technology enterprises to effectively select collaborative innovation to participate in the main mode of combination and to improve the effectiveness of collaborative innovation, exploratory factor analysis method is used to explore the optimal index of participation mode of main combination from the perspective of internal and external factors of collaborative innovation and input cost of innovation achievements Based on the number of participation types of production, study and research, seven types of participant combinations are proposed. The distance measurement formula in traditional TOPSIS method is expanded to the interval of three parameters and the importance of the center of gravity in three parameters interval is highlighted. Improved the formula of distance measure in European space and established the optimal model of collaborative innovation based on improved TOPSIS model. Based on the practice of three collaborative innovation projects, the application of participant model of optimal combination model was studied.
