空间太阳阵表面静电放电问题日益受到关注。本文利用电子束流辐照太阳阵样品,模拟表面静电放电过程,通过测量充电电压、放电电流以及放电次数,分析静电放电特性。实验表明,太阳阵表面充电静电能是产生静电放电的放电源,当太阳阵盖片表面充电电位相对于太阳阵结构超过阈值电压时产生静电放电,不同充电模式下太阳阵样品表面产生介质放电和金属放电。空间太阳阵表面静电放电特性与空间带电环境、太阳阵材料、结构以及温度等因素相关。
The problem of electrostatic discharge on the surface of the space solar array is receiving more and more attention. In this paper, the solar beam samples were irradiated by electron beam to simulate the surface electrostatic discharge process, and the electrostatic discharge characteristics were analyzed by measuring the charging voltage, discharge current and discharge times. Experiments show that the electrostatic charge on the surface of the solar array is the discharge source for generating electrostatic discharge. When the surface charge potential of the solar array covers an area exceeding the threshold voltage, the electrostatic discharge occurs. The surface discharge of the solar array sample under different charging modes and Metal discharge. The electrostatic discharge characteristics of space solar array surface are related to space-charged environment, solar array material, structure and temperature.
