基于换热器的换热理论,提出了一种新的凝汽器压力变工况算法,将其应用于凝汽器压力应达值计算中,并以某电厂600 MW机组为例进行了验证.结果表明:该算法具有较高的精度,适用于凝汽器压力的变工况计算.通过对影响凝汽器压力的4个因素进行分析,分别确定了其应达值的计算方法,并对汽轮机低压缸排汽焓及闭式循环水系统循环水入口温度的变工况计算方法进行了推导与说明.在凝汽器压力应达值的基础上,提出了区别于参数基准值的参数应达值的概念,可指导机组的运行优化.
Based on the heat exchanger theory of heat exchanger, a new condensing pressure variation condition algorithm is proposed, which is applied to the calculation of condenser pressure value.
