用新氨基糖式类药物力确兴静滴治疗新生儿感染32例，结果有效率96．8％，显著优于采用下胺卡那治疗的对照组（68．4％）（P＜0．01）。
Treatment with neo-aminoglycolic drugs for 32 cases of neonatal infections confirmed that the effective rate was 96.8%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (68.4%) treated with hypoglycaemia (P <0. 01).
