目的 观察活体内转TK基因肺腺癌细胞对ACV(无环鸟苷 )的敏感性。方法 转TK基因肺腺癌细胞A549 TK、亲代细胞A549分别接种于裸鼠腹部皮下左右侧成瘤后 ,给予腹腔注射ACV治疗 2周 ,测量治疗前后肿瘤大小 ,并做病理观察。结果 A549 TK细胞接种的肿瘤治疗前后体积增大不明显 (P >0 .0 5) ;A549细胞接种的肿瘤治疗后体积明显大于治疗前 ,光镜发现A549 TK细胞接种的肿瘤有局部坏死 ,胞核裂解、消失。结论 转TK基因肺腺癌细胞接种裸鼠所形成的肿瘤能被ACV治疗抑制生长。
Objective To observe the sensitivity of TK gene lung adenocarcinoma cells to ACV (acyclovir) in vivo. METHODS: TK gene lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 TK and parental cell line A549 were inoculated into the left and right subcutaneous tumors of the nude mice, and then given intraperitoneal injection of ACV for 2 weeks. The tumor size before and after treatment was measured and pathological observation was performed. Results The volume of tumor inoculated with A549 TK cells before and after treatment was not significantly increased (P > 0.05). The volume of tumor inoculated with A549 cells after treatment was significantly larger than that before treatment. The tumors inoculated with A549 TK cells showed local necrosis. The nuclear cracks and disappears. Conclusion The tumors formed by inoculation of TK gene lung adenocarcinoma cells in nude mice can be inhibited by ACV treatment.
