针对航空发动机测控教学实验室设备老旧,控制精度低,抗干扰能力差等缺点,在原有设备的基础上,设计并完成了一个温度测控系统。该系统以PCI6024E为数据采集卡完成硬件电路的搭建,并采用双闭环控制,即主回路采用模糊PID方法,副回路使用比较选择控制方法,极大地提高了系统的控制精度。同时,本文还完成了基于LabVIEW的测控系统软件编写,最终使整个实验系统的软硬件设计达到满意的实验效果。
Aiming at the disadvantages of the old teaching aeroengine control and teaching laboratory equipment, low control precision and poor anti-interference ability, a temperature measurement and control system was designed and completed on the basis of the original equipment. The system uses PCI6024E as the data acquisition card to complete the hardware circuit construction and adopts double closed-loop control, that is, the main loop adopts the fuzzy PID method and the secondary loop uses the comparison and selection control method, which greatly improves the system control precision. At the same time, this paper also completed the preparation of the software of measurement and control system based on LabVIEW, and ultimately achieved the satisfactory experimental results for the hardware and software design of the whole experiment system.
