为了提高双能X射线安全检查系统的材料分类能力,采用M on te C arlo方法对系统的成像过程进行了模拟。利用M CNP 4C程序模拟电子打击钨靶产生韧致辐射、射线与物质的相互作用,得到了材料分类曲线。与数值方法以及实验方法相比,该方法的材料分类不受系统噪声影响,可以分辨原子序数相差为1的两种材料,并且只需要几m in计算时间。进行了铝阶梯的实验,对一系列典型材料和专用测试工具箱进行了测试。结果表明,M on te C arlo模拟方法可以提高安全检查系统的材料分辨能力。
In order to improve the material classification ability of the dual-energy X-ray inspection system, the imaging process of the system was simulated by MonteCarlo method. The M CNP 4C program was used to simulate the interaction of bremsstrahlung and radiation with the target produced by the electron impacting tungsten target, and the material classification curve was obtained. Compared with the numerical method and the experimental method, the material classification of the method is not affected by system noise, and the two materials with the difference of atomic numbers 1 can be resolved, and only a few m in is needed to calculate the time. An aluminum ladder experiment was conducted and a series of typical materials and special test kits were tested. The results show that M on te C arlo simulation method can improve the material inspection ability of the safety inspection system.
