采用TLC法对舒乐宁洗剂中地肤子及蛇床子进行了定性鉴别,薄层扫描法测定苦参碱及盐酸小檗碱含量。苦参碱在1.0～5.0μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.52%,RSD为0.81%;盐酸小檗碱在1.1～5.5μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.63%,RSD为1.88%。
The qualitative identification of Kochia scoparia and Cnidium monnieri in ShuLing Ning lotion was carried out by TLC, and the content of matrine and berberine hydrochloride was measured by TLC scanning. The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 1.0-5.0 μg. The average recovery was 98.52% and the RSD was 0.81%. The berberine hydrochloride had good linearity in the range of 1.1-5.5 μg. The average recovery was 97.63%. The RSD was 1.88%.
