根据康复工程领域的实际需求,针对传统超声设备体积庞大、携带不便、价格昂贵、使用复杂等缺点,设计了一种基于嵌入式系统控制的便携式多通道A型超声仪。超声仪以美国Microchip公司的单片机作为微处理器,采用可编程多通道波束形成器LM96570和多通道脉冲发生器STHV748产生多通道超声脉冲,采用嵌入式编程电路设计和串口通信等技术,实现了便携式多通道A型超声仪激励脉冲波形控制、超声的发射与接收控制、回波信号的预处理与通信控制等功能。实践表明该多通道A型超声仪工作稳定可靠,小巧便携,符合设计要求。
According to the actual demand in the field of rehabilitation engineering, a portable multi-channel A-type ultrasound system based on embedded system control is designed in view of the shortcomings of traditional ultrasound equipment such as bulky, inconvenient to carry, expensive, complicated to use. Ultrasound device using the United States Microchip microcontroller as a microprocessor, the use of programmable multi-channel beamformer LM96570 and multi-channel pulse generator STHV748 produce multi-channel ultrasonic pulse, the use of embedded programming circuit design and serial communication technology to achieve a portable Multi-channel A-type excitation pulse waveform control, ultrasonic transmission and reception control, echo signal pre-processing and communication control functions. Practice shows that the multi-channel A-type ultrasound system work stable and reliable, compact and portable, in line with design requirements.
