树状结构是空间仿生结构的一种,具有空间三维的形态和受力特征。高空散装法和单元吊装法是树状结构常用的施工方法,但难以用于大型复杂树状结构。提出了一种旋转提升施工方法,并将其应用于某大型树状结构的实际施工中。针对工程中出现的双枝不等重难点,进行了提升方案优化、施工过程跟踪分析和塔架整体稳定分析。结果表明,不同步旋转提升法具有较好的施工安全性和经济性,提升塔架也符合稳定设计要求。
Tree structure is a kind of space bionic structure, with three-dimensional shape and force characteristics of space. The high-altitude bulk method and the unit hoisting method are commonly used construction methods of tree structures, but difficult to use for large and complex tree structures. A rotary lifting construction method is proposed and applied to the actual construction of a large tree structure. In view of the twists and turns of unequal difficulties in the project, the optimization of lifting scheme, the tracking analysis of the construction process and the overall stability analysis of the tower were carried out. The results show that the asynchronous rotation lifting method has good construction safety and economy, and the towering tower also meets the requirements of stable design.
