低年级小学生刚刚完成从幼儿园到小学生的角色转变,其心智未发育成熟,更易受外界环境影响,学生家长与班主任之间的互动交流也相对更频繁。而班主任在家校沟通中起着桥梁作用,班主任能否与家长进行有效沟通并争取到家长的配合,直接关系到学校教育与家庭教育在教育理念、教学方式等方面的对接工作,从而决定着“家校”能否互通形成教育合力。实现班主任与家长之间的有效沟通,对低年级小学生身心的健康成长和老师教学管理工作的顺利进行都起着关键作用。本文结合了笔者自身的教育教学经验,分析了低年级小学生班主任与家长交流沟通中存在的问题及影响双方有效沟通的因素,并进一步探析了提升沟通有效性的对策。
The younger pupils have just completed the transition from kindergarten to primary school pupils. Their mental development is immature and they are more exposed to the external environment. The interaction between the parents and the teacher is relatively frequent. The teacher in charge of home-school communication plays a bridge role, the class teacher can communicate effectively with parents and obtain the cooperation of parents, is directly related to school education and family education in education philosophy, teaching methods and other aspects of the docking work, which determines the “Family School ” can communicate with each other to form a joint force of education. Realizing the effective communication between the class teacher and the parents plays a key role in the healthy growth of the physical and mental health of the lower primary school pupils and the smooth progress of the teacher teaching management. This article combines the author’s own experience in education and teaching, analyzes the problems existing in the communication and communication between the pupils in charge of lower grades and their parents and the factors influencing the effective communication between the two parties, and further analyzes the countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of communication.
