主要介绍纵剪机组的工艺过程及电气系统组成部分。各部分设备要协调动作,保持整个卷取过程中所有钢卷的线速度一致。其控制系统采用西门子公司S7-300作为电控系统的控制器,完成电控系统I/O设备的控制,传动装置采用西门子M440变频器,CPU主模块采用S7-315-2DP,它通过PROFIBUSDP网络将开卷变频器、纵剪变频器、卷取机变频器以及TP170连接起来,组成一个有机整体。重点介绍开卷机、卷取机卷径的测量和计算,并实现了纵剪机组速度匹配。
