用湿法硝化法前处理野生云南黄花稔的根、茎、叶,采用火焰原子吸收法分别对其根、茎、叶中Mg、Cu、Fe、Ni、Mn、Zn、Pb 7种微量元素进行测定。结果显示元素含量Mg>Fe>Zn>Pb>Mn>Ni>Cu;RSD在0.3%~1.6%之间。各元素在其不同用药部位的含量也不相同,Cu、Pb 2种元素的含量根>茎>叶;Ni、Fe的含量根>叶>茎;Mn、Mg、Zn 3种元素的含量叶>茎>根,说明黄花稔不同部位对各元素的富集能力不同。
The roots, stems and leaves of wild Yunnan Huanghua were pretreated by wet nitrification method. The trace elements such as Mg, Cu, Fe, Ni, Mn, Zn and Pb in roots, stems and leaves were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry Determination.
