基于刚粘塑性有限元理论,在双金属相互接触的两种材料之间引入摩擦单元,对双金属挤压的非稳态过程进行了有限元分析.获得了变形体内的应力、应变分布,从而揭示了双金属在挤压成形过程中材料的流动规律.
Based on the rigid visco-plastic finite element theory, the friction element is introduced between the two materials in contact with each other and the finite element analysis of the unsteady state of bimetallic extrusion is carried out. The stress and strain distribution in the deformed body were obtained, which revealed the flow of the bimetal in the extrusion process.
