因为Fe-Si-Al合金的优异磁性能,不仅在电子工业上得到多方面的应用,而且它的机理研究也受到十分重视。本文在其他作者工作基础上用正电子湮没技术首次对Fe-Si-Al合金中的空位对有序影响进行了研究。
Because of the excellent magnetic properties of Fe-Si-Al alloy, not only in the electronics industry has been widely used, and its mechanism has also received great attention.
