党的组织员制度历经近七十载,已成为一项行之有效的加强党员队伍建设的组织制度。企业离退休老同志政治素养高、理想信念坚定、敬业精神强,聘请他们担任特邀党建组织员,在企业党建工作中具有无可替代的优势。当前,特邀党建组织员参与企业党建工作存在工作机制不够健全、工作范围不够广泛和职能发挥不够充分等问题。为此,可从完善工作机制、拓宽接触界面、发挥好“三员”作用等方面着手,进一步加强企业党建工作,提高企业党员培养质量。
After nearly seventy years of existence, the system of party members and organizers has become an effective organizational system for strengthening the building of a contingent of party members. The retired veteran of the enterprise has high political qualities, strong ideals and convictions, strong dedication and hired them to serve as invited party-building organizers and has an irreplaceable advantage in the party-building work in enterprises. At present, there are issues such as the inadequate working mechanism, the inadequate scope of work, and the inadequate function of the party members invited to participate in the Party building in enterprises. To this end, we can start with improving the working mechanism, broaden the contact interface, and giving full play to the role of “three members” to further strengthen party building in enterprises and raise the quality of corporate party members’ training.
