目的 :从麻黄和黄连水提液中提取分离生物碱。方法 :采用改性PVA作为分离膜分离生物碱。结果 :提取时间小于8h麻黄草水提液膜分离后为一无色溶液 ,经纸层析实验表明该溶液几乎为纯净的麻黄碱溶液 ,提取时间 8h的分离液是一个 3组分溶液 ;黄连水提液有类似结果。结论 :致密膜分离得到的麻黄、黄连中生物碱纯度高于醇沉方法但生物碱量不及醇沉法。
Objective : To extract and isolate alkaloids from the aqueous extracts of Ephedra and Coptidis. Methods : The modified PVA was used as a separation membrane to separate alkaloids. Results: The extracting time was less than 8 hours. The water extract of Ephedrae was a colorless solution. Paper chromatography experiments showed that the solution was almost pure ephedrine solution, the separation time was 8 hours and the solution was a 3-component solution; Water extracts have similar results. Conclusion: The purity of alkaloids in ephedra and Rhizoma Coptidis separated by dense membrane is higher than that of ethanol precipitation but the amount of alkaloids is less than that of alcohol precipitation.
