黑龙江省低温建研所在冬季试桩时,未采用人工刨除或用电热融化冻土的办法,而采用自制红外线加热炉2个,与液化气罐连通点燃后,对称地扣在桩的两侧(炉网朝向冻土)加热24h,2m 深的冻土全部融化;在做第2根试桩时,在桩周冻土中打入数根钢针,仅12h 全部融化桩周冻土。实践表明,这是解决冬季桩基承载力试验困难的有效措施。
During the winter trials of the Heilongjiang Institute of Low-temperature Construction, the artificial infrared method or electrothermal melting of the frozen soil was not used. Two self-made infrared heating furnaces were used. After being connected with the liquefied gas tank, they were symmetrically buckled on both sides of the pile. The furnace network was heated for 24h, and the 2m deep frozen soil was completely melted. When doing the 2nd test pile, several steel needles were drilled in the permafrost of the pile, and only 12h all of the frozen soil of the pile was melted. Practice shows that this is an effective measure to solve the difficulty of winter pile bearing capacity test.
