研究了cf53钢的淬透性,以及接触疲劳性能.测定了P-N和P-S-N曲线.扫描电镜分析表明,cf53钢接触疲劳损伤是由于表面裂纹的萌生与扩展,直至剥落.摩擦力与τ45的合力是表面裂纹萌生的驱动力.
The hardenability and contact fatigue properties of cf53 steel were studied. P-N and P-S-N curves were measured. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that the contact fatigue damage of cf53 steel was due to the initiation and propagation of surface cracks until it peeled off. The resultant force of friction and τ45 is the driving force of surface crack initiation.
