本文采用自制的干库擦磨损试验机,研究了与含磷蠕墨铸铁配对条件下40Cr钢的磨损特性.试验结果表明,40Cr钢的磨损率随摩擦速度与接触压力积的增加而提高,且在某一速度压力积范围内存在着突变现象;随着与其配对编墨铸铁磷含量的提高,40Cr钢的磨损率增大,磨损率产生突变的速度压力积减小;在基本相当的摩擦系数条件下,与含磷片墨铸铁相比,含磷蠕墨铸铁对40Cr钢所造成磨损的程度是较小的。
In this paper, a self-made dry-core abrasion testing machine was used to study the wear characteristics of 40Cr steel paired with phosphorus-compacted vermicular graphite cast iron. The experimental results show that the wear rate of 40Cr steel increases with the increase of friction velocity and contact pressure, and the phenomenon of abrupt change exists in the range of pressure velocity. With the increase of phosphorus content of 40Cr steel, Wear rate increases, the rate of wear and tear of the rate of change decreases; under substantially the same coefficient of friction conditions, compared with phosphorus-containing ductile iron, phosphorus-compacted graphite cast iron 40Cr steel caused by the degree of wear and tear is smaller of.
