介绍了F2000淬火液的优缺点,采用热处理虚拟模拟仪,测定了F2000淬火液、水和N32机械油的冷却特性曲线。论述了搅拌速度和搅拌方式对F2000淬火液冷却性能的影响,介绍了F2000淬火剂的配制,浓度和温度的控制、搅拌,应用范围和使用中的注意事项。结果表明,随着浓度的升高,F2000淬火液的冷却性能逐渐减弱;随着温度的升高,F2000淬火液的冷却性能也逐渐减弱。
The advantages and disadvantages of F2000 quenching liquid are introduced. The heat treatment virtual simulator is used to measure the cooling characteristic curve of F2000 quenching liquid, water and N32 mechanical oil. The influence of stirring speed and stirring mode on the cooling performance of F2000 quenching liquid was discussed. The preparation, concentration and temperature control of F2000 quenching agent, stirring, application range and precautions in use were introduced. The results show that with the increase of concentration, the cooling performance of F2000 quenching fluid gradually weakened. With the increase of temperature, the cooling performance of F2000 quenching solution also gradually weakened.
