近年来,太原市红十字血液中心不断在血站管理机制上加大整改力度,连续推出了一系列的改革措施,使血液中心在管理模式、人才培养、质量体系、无偿献血、血液安全等方面逐步与国际接轨,在全国同行业中引起较大反响。截止十月份,经卫生部介绍先后接待了来自全国6个省9个市200余人的参观学习。前来参观学习者对我市血液中心人事分配制度改革、内部运行机制及业务行政管理模式表示由衷的赞赏。
In recent years, the Red Cross Blood Center of Taiyuan City has continuously strengthened its rectification efforts in the blood station management mechanism, and has successively introduced a series of reform measures to make the blood center in management mode, personnel training, quality system, blood donation and blood safety. Gradually with the international standards, in the same industry in the country caused great repercussions. By the end of October, the Ministry of Health had successively received visits and study from more than 200 people from 9 cities in 6 provinces across the country. Visiting learners expressed sincere appreciation for the reform of the personnel distribution system, internal operating mechanism and business administration of the city’s blood center.
