4JS-150A型秸秆粉碎还田机是由我所设计、赵县农机修造厂制造的。该机于1984年11月通过鉴定。该机与拖拉机配套作业,用于粉碎玉米秸秆(或高粱秆等),即在收获玉米穗后,就地将直立和倒伏的秸秆粉碎还田。机具的特点是:结构简单,重量轻,刀片数量少,工效高,粉碎质量好,刀片寿命长。该机主要由悬挂、变速箱、侧传动箱、支架、切碎刀轴、罩壳、后梁和地轮等部分组成(图1)。工作时,拖拉机动力输出轴经过变速箱、三角皮带传动将动力传递给刀轴(图2),使刀轴带动刀片 4JS-150A straw crushing machine is designed by our factory, Zhao County farm machinery manufacturing plant.
