脑钠肽作为一种生化指标,已广泛地应用于临床,凭借其对于心血管疾病尤其是心力衰竭的敏感性、特异性及阴性预测价值,甚至对一般人群的心血管事件的预测亦具有重要的价值。但近年来有研究表明,脑钠肽在不同系统疾患发病上亦有不同程度的升高,其机制不清,脑钠肽在临床应用方面仍有许多问题有待解决,包括各系统诊断界值的确定、检测方法的标准化等,需要进一步临床研究来证实。“,”Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),as a biochemical indicator,has been widely used in clinical. It has great value for predicting cardiovascular diseases,even on cardiovascular events in the general popula-tion,due to its sensitivity,specificity,and negative predictive value.But recent studies have shown that,BNP have different degrees of increase in different systematic diseases,and the mechanism is unclear,and there are still many issues to be resolved of BNP application in clinical,including identification of diagnostic cut-off for each system and standardization of testing method and so on,which need further clinical studies.
