The health effects of 106 workers exposed to TDI in four factories were observed for three years in a row and compared with 125 non-contact workers. The TDI concentration in the air of the workshop was monitored. The survey showed that the exposed workers exposed to respiratory, nervous system, mucosal irritation symptoms and signs increased significantly compared with the control group, increased cellular immune function, blood cholinesterase activity decreased year by year; pulmonary function showed a downward trend year by year, and a dose-response relationship . The paper also discusses the feasibility of the current national standards for air hygiene of TDI.
