西藏是世界农业地理上一个十分独特的区域．西藏高原的自然环境使其农业的持续发展需要有一个稳定完善的生态环境．森林是世界上最大的陆地生态系统，在维持生态过程和平衡中起着重要的作用．为此，本文在分析西藏林业生产现状和条件的基础上，以西藏自治区达孜县都堆乡为例，从农业生产稳定持续发展的角度，对其林业发展的作用予以了初步评估，进而探讨了西藏高原社会林业发展的重要意义及其历史必然趋势．
Tibet is a very unique agricultural geography in the world. The natural environment in the Tibetan Plateau needs a stable and perfect ecological environment for the sustainable development of agriculture. Forests are the largest terrestrial ecosystems in the world and play an important role in maintaining ecological processes and balances. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the status quo and conditions of forestry production in Tibet, this paper takes Dudui Township in Dazi County of Tibet Autonomous Region as an example. From the perspective of stable and sustainable development of agricultural production, this paper evaluates the role of forestry development and further discusses The significance of the development of social forestry in the Tibetan plateau and its historical inevitable trend.
