本文研究了氟对豚鼠免疫功能的影响。分别用10、20和40mg/kg氟化钠溶液灌饮,染毒期2个月,以灌饮生理盐水作对照。研究结果表明,氟化钠染毒剂量在20mg/kg/d时,即表现对实验动物特异性免疫功能的抑制作用,并且呈剂量-反应关系。在同一情况下,实验动物的前肢骨骼无明显影响,这表明了氟的免疫毒性阈值较小。提示特异性免疫功能的变化可以作为氟中毒早期诊断指标之一。
This article studies the effects of fluoride on immune function in guinea pigs. Respectively, with 10,20 and 40mg / kg sodium fluoride solution, drinking, exposure period of 2 months to irrigation saline as a control.
