通过连续退火模拟试验,研究了连退工艺参数对烘烤硬化钢CR180B2力学性能的影响,进而对连退工艺进行了优化。结果表明:随着退火温度的提高,试验钢的强度下降,伸长率、n值、r以及BH值有所提高;随着缓冷温度的提高,试验钢的强度下降,伸长率和r增加,n值几乎没有变化,而BH值显著增加;随着快冷冷速的增加,试验钢BH值逐渐增加。
Through the continuous annealing simulation test, the effect of continuous annealing process parameters on the mechanical properties of bake hardened steel CR180B2 was studied, and then the continuous annealing process was optimized. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the strength of the test steel decreases, the elongation, n value, r and BH value increase. With the slow cooling temperature increasing, the strength of the test steel decreases, the elongation and r Increases, the value of n has almost no change, while the value of BH increases significantly; with the rapid cooling rate increases, the BH value of the test steel increases gradually.
