高考加分政策的本质是对高等教育资源的调整与分配。但是从利益相关者理论的视角来看,任何一项政策的出台与执行都会涉及到诸多的利益相关者,最终政策的实施是利益相关者充分博弈的结果。为减少相关利益者的利益对立,需要分析高考加分政策所涉及的相关利益者及其利益博弈关系,建立有效的利益协调均衡机制,努力实现从利益的对立走向利益的和谐。
The essence of college entrance exam bonus is the adjustment and distribution of higher education resources. However, from the perspective of stakeholder theory, the introduction and implementation of any one policy will involve many stakeholders, the final policy implementation is the result of a full game of stakeholders. In order to reduce the interests of the stakeholders, we need to analyze the stakeholders involved in the college entrance exam plus points policy and the game of interest, and establish an effective balance of interest coordination mechanism to strive for the harmony from the opposite of interest to the benefit.
