女性管理人才是妇女社会地位提高的重要推动力量,是维护妇女合法权益的有力呼吁者。但目前在女性高管人才队伍建设上,还存在社会事务管理中女性比例偏低、女性人才资源浪费、有关政策执行不到位等问题,需要社会各界采取积极有效的措施,从制度、政策、资源以及社会舆论等各个方面创造条件并提供保障,促进更多优秀女性人才脱颖而出。
Women’s management personnel are the important driving force for improving the social status of women and are powerful appeals for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of women.
