血液中所含的葡萄糖,称为血糖。血糖是糖在体内的运输形式,在人体新陈代谢过程中,血糖被运送到各个组织器官,如脑、肝、心肌等器官的细胞内氧化分解提供能量,维持正常的生理活动。测定血糖目前常采用葡萄糖氧化酶法,正常人空腹血浆血糖浓度为3.9~6.1毫摩尔/升(70~110毫克/分升),餐后1小时血糖最高<10毫摩尔/升(180毫克/分升),餐后2小时恢复至空腹水平(葡萄糖氧化酶测定法),一般应小于7.8毫摩尔/升(140毫克/分升)。
The blood contains glucose, called blood sugar. Blood sugar is the transport form of sugar in the body. In the process of human metabolism, blood sugar is transported to various tissues and organs such as brain, liver, myocardium and other organs to oxidize and provide energy to maintain normal physiological activity.
