抗冻性问题是低塑性砂浆在寒冷地区工程应用的一大难题,文章通过对砂浆掺加3种轻质颗粒,分别为陶砂、EPS粒子及橡胶粉,研究了轻质颗粒种类及掺量对低塑性砂浆抗冻性的影响及改善方法。试验结果表明,掺加轻质颗粒可有效改善低塑性砂浆的抗冻性,获得了轻质颗粒最佳掺量,为提高水工混凝土低塑性砂浆抗冻性提供了理论支持,对混凝土工程在北方严寒地区推广,解决水工混凝土低塑性砂浆抗冻性问题具有重要意义。
Frost resistance is a major problem in the application of low plasticity mortar in cold areas. In this paper, three types of lightweight particles, namely, ceramic sand, EPS particles and rubber powder, Effect of low plasticity mortar on frost resistance and improvement method. The experimental results show that adding lightweight particles can effectively improve the frost resistance of low plasticity mortar and obtain the optimum dosage of lightweight particles, providing theoretical support for improving frost resistance of low plasticity mortar of hydraulic concrete. It is of great significance to popularize in the northern cold area to solve the problem of frost resistance of hydraulic plastic low plasticity mortar.
