采用M.Faghri等提出的非正交座标变换思想和紊流的K-ε两方程模型,发展了一种计算蜗壳内二维不可压紊流流动的数值方法。该方法可同时用于设计工况和非设计工况下的蜗壳流场分析。文中介绍了两台模型离心泵的蜗壳计算结果及其与实验结果的比较。计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。
Using the non-orthogonal coordinate transformation theory proposed by M. Faghri et al and the K-ε two-equation model of turbulent flow, a numerical method for calculating two-dimensional incompressible turbulent flow in a volute is developed. The method can be used for both flow field analysis of volute at design conditions and non-design conditions. In this paper, the calculation results of the volute of two centrifugal pumps are compared with the experimental results. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
