近年来,昆虫蛋白渐受人们重视,国外学者认为昆虫蛋白纤维少,营养成分易被人体吸收。蜂王幼虫是生产新鲜蜂皇浆的副产品,我国每年可获得220吨左右,是一种亟待开发利用的天然食品。目前国内外对蜂王幼虫的医疗保健作用研究较多,也有增强机体免疫力的报道。为了探讨其营养价值,开辟新的蛋白质资源,我们对蜂王幼虫蛋白质进行了营养评价。
In recent years, insect proteins have drawn more and more attention. Foreign scholars think that there are few insect protein fibers and nutrients are easily absorbed by the body. Queen bee larvae is a by-product of the production of fresh royal jelly, our country can get about 220 tons per year, is a kind of urgent need to develop and use of natural foods. At present, more and more studies have been done on the health care effects of queen bee larvae both at home and abroad, as well as reports on enhancing immunity of the body. In order to explore its nutritional value, open up new protein resources, we conducted a nutritional evaluation of the queen bee larval protein.
