Ｐ１６基因是一种新型的抑癌基因，Ｐ１６蛋白为ＣＤＫ４的抑制物，参与对正常细胞周期的调控，在大多数肿瘤中人们发现Ｐ１６基因有突变和缺失，本文就Ｐ１６基因的研究进展及对妇科常见肿瘤的恶变、预后和浸润等作用做一综述。
P16 gene is a novel tumor suppressor gene. P16 protein is a CDK4 inhibitor and is involved in the regulation of the normal cell cycle. In most tumors, it has been found that the P16 gene has mutations and deletions. The general malignant tumors of gynecological malignancy, prognosis and infiltration are reviewed.
