我们车间原有两座一般曲线炉膛三排风口热风冲天炉。曲线形状是风口处炉膛内径小,往上逐渐扩大,熔化效率低,耗焦也多。为了解决这些问题,在毛主席光辉哲学思想指引下,我们对这两座冲天炉进行了多次改进,成为目前的炉型(见图)。改进后熔化率达到6吨/时,总焦比1∶16~17,层焦比1∶20,铁水温度1380~1400℃,Si烧损＜25%,Mn烧损＜30%。
We have two workshops in the original general three-way outlet furnace hot air cupola furnace. Curve shape is the outlet of the furnace bore diameter is small, gradually expanding upwards, low melting efficiency, coke more. In order to solve these problems, under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s glorious philosophical thought, we have made many improvements to these two cupola furnaces to become the current furnace (see photo). After the improvement, the melting rate reaches 6 tons / hour, the total coke ratio is 1:16 to 17, the coke ratio is 1:20, the temperature of molten iron is 1380 ~ 1400 ℃, the Si loss is less than 25% and the Mn loss is less than 30%.
