目的松花粉治疗砷中毒动物坐骨神经损伤的生物学和生物力学特性。方法 6月龄SD大鼠30只随机分为对照组、砷中毒模型组、松花粉治疗组各10只。检测血清砷、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)。取大鼠左、右侧坐骨神经进行拉伸实验。结果模型组坐骨神经的拉伸弹性限度载荷、弹性限度应力、最大载荷、最大应力、最大应变小于对照组和松花粉治疗组(P<0.05);松花粉治疗组小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论砷中毒动物模型坐骨神经拉伸力学特性发生了改变,松花粉治疗有一定改善。
Objective To study the biological and biomechanical properties of pine pollen in the treatment of sciatic nerve injury in arsenic poisoning animals. Methods Thirty 6-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into control group, arsenic poisoning model group and pine pollen treatment group. Serum arsenic and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were detected. Left and right rat sciatic nerve tensile test. Results The tensile elastic limit load, elastic limit stress, maximum load, maximum stress and maximum strain of the sciatic nerve in the model group were less than those in the control group and the pine pollen treatment group (P <0.05). The pine pollen treatment group was smaller than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The tensile mechanical properties of sciatic nerve in arsenic poisoning model have been changed, and the treatment of pine pollen has been improved.
