目的:探讨手术室开展优质护理服务的方法及效果。方法:落实并深化手术室优质护理的服务措施,一方面加强手术室的护理工作程序管理,提高工作效率;另一方面注重护理服务内容的创新和护理细节的优化。结果:实施1年后,通过随机抽取的方法分别对患者与手术医生进行五个维度的护理满意度调查,与上年度比较差异明显(P<0.01)。结论:手术室优质护理服务的推进与实施,不仅能有效改善护理服务质量,提高患者对医疗服务的信任,而且能提高医生对护理服务质量和管理水平的满意度。
Objective: To explore the method and effect of high quality nursing service in operating room. Methods: To implement and deepen the quality of care services in the operating room, on the one hand to strengthen operating room nursing program management, improve work efficiency; the other hand, focus on nursing content innovation and nursing details of the optimization. Results: After one year of implementation, the five dimensions of satisfaction survey of patients and surgeons were randomly selected. The difference was significant compared with the previous year (P <0.01). Conclusion: The promotion and implementation of quality nursing service in operating room can not only effectively improve the quality of nursing service, enhance the patients’ confidence in medical service, but also improve the satisfaction of doctors on the quality of nursing service and management.
