本文分析了考虑结冰包线外预冷器换热性能研究的必要性。通过预冷器冷边流量估算,根据引气系统管路及设备压损模型对预估冷边流量进行校核循环计算,得到结冰包线外不同飞行高度不同环境温度条件下,飞机预冷器热边出口温度。计算结果表明,飞行高度低于21000ft时,预冷器热边出口温度已经接近260℃,且飞行高度越高,环境温度越高,预冷器热边出口温度越高,引气超温越严重。因此预冷器研制设计点需充分考虑结冰包线外双发单引气防冰系统开启的飞行状态。
This paper analyzes the necessity of studying the heat transfer performance of the precooler outside the icing line. Based on the estimation of the cold edge flow rate of the precooler and the calculation of the estimated cold edge flow rate according to the air bleeder system piping and equipment pressure loss model, the aircraft precooling is obtained under different ambient air temperatures outside the ice buildup line Hot side outlet temperature.
