本文针对本钢连轧厂汽化冷却系统的故障分析、诊断，通过制订10条治理措施，彻底解决了炉底管烧红变形问题，取得了较大的经济效益。这些措施，对同类厂的汽化冷却排除故障将会有参考价值。
In this paper, according to the failure analysis and diagnosis of the vaporizing cooling system in Bengang Rolling Mill, 10 burning measures are completely solved to solve the problem of burned redness of the furnace bottom pipe, and great economic benefits have been achieved. These measures, the same plant vaporization cooling troubleshooting will be of reference value.
