本研究目的在于评价各种因素不孕,用洗涤精子进行新的宫内人工授精。作者于1983年12月至1984年12月间,64对不孕夫妇接受宫内人工授精,妇女平均年龄为32.4±4.5,男方平均年龄为35.4±6.4,不孕2～11年,平均不孕期为5.8±3.5年,不孕的评定包括治疗史,男、女双方体检,每间隔一月进行精液分析至少三次,评价BBT卡,不同周期最少做三次性交后试验(PCT),黄体期的孕酮水平,HSG和诊断性腹腔镜检查。具有输卵管损伤、无排卵、子宫内膜异位症,黄体期不全和无活动精子不包括在研究之内。宫内人工授精选择四组不孕夫妇,一组包括8名男子具有血清精子凝集抗体,用托盘凝集技术(TAT测量,三次连续精子数>2000万/ml,活
The purpose of this study was to evaluate various factors of infertility and to perform a new intrauterine insemination with washing sperm. Between December 1983 and December 1984, 64 pairs of infertile couples underwent intrauterine insemination. The average age of women was 32.4 ± 4.5. The average male age was 35.4 ± 6.4. The average infertility duration was 2 to 11 years. For a period of 5.8 ± 3.5 years, infertility assessment included history of treatment, physical examination by both men and women, semen analysis at least once every other month, evaluation of BBT card, at least three post-sexual intercourse tests (PCT) in different cycles, pregnancy in the luteal phase Ketone levels, HSG, and diagnostic laparoscopy.
