钢锭冒口吹氧加热方法是伟大的苏朕在冶金工业上改善钢锭质量、降低产品成本的最新技术。我们在1954年5月及1955年2月间曾按照苏联专家的建议,作过3次单根钢锭冒口吹氧加热的试验工作。当时由於我们没有领会到冒口吹氧的重要意义,加之试验次数不多,操作生疏,以及氧气、吹气钢管等材料消耗多,一时不易看出真正结果,以致信心不高,没有积极执行。以后经局和厂的领导再三督促,拟定了执行这个建议的计划,自上而下动员起来,并在1955年10月间又设计出一套较为简单整盘钢锭吹氧设备,经试
