本文对滚珠丝杆螺纹滚道的截面形状和参数影响作了专题论述。针对我国目前在滚珠丝杆中常采用的螺纹滚道截形及其参数所造成的,滚珠丝杆付在传动时滚珠循环不十分流畅的原因进行了分析。提出在滚珠丝杆付的螺纹滚道截形及参数设计时,应注意对装配予紧后接触角的偏大作一定量的补偿,以避免滚珠在传动中循环不流畅而影响使用质量。并且参照国外有关资料,对采用双园弧型的滚珠丝杆付,在螺纹滚道截形设计时,推荐了较为适合的参数,可供设计,使用及制造单位有关人员参考。
This article on the ball screw thread raceway cross-section shape and parameters of the impact of the special discussion. Aiming at the thread race truncation and its parameters which are often used in ball screw in our country at present, the reason why the ball circulation is not very smooth when the ball screw is in the transmission is analyzed. It is suggested that when the ball screw thread is cut off and the parameter design of the thread raceway is taken into consideration, a certain amount of compensation should be made for the large contact angle of the post-assembly contact to prevent the ball from circulating in the transmission and thus affecting the quality of use. And refer to the relevant foreign information on the use of dual-arc-type ball screw pay, in the thread raceway truncated design, recommended a more suitable parameters for design, use and manufacture of the relevant personnel reference.
