近些年来，眼底爆折的发病率有增长之势。我院在199O～1996年间采用经柯陆上颌窦径路术式治疗眶底爆折8例，均取得良好效果，现报告如下。1临床资料8例中对7例，女1例；年龄17～49岁。右侧眶邻外伤3例，左侧5例。交通事故引起4例，建筑工伤3例，斗殴1例。发病后就诊时间最短1h
In recent years, the incidence of fundus burst has increased.
