传统的普通话基础课是以自然班为教学单位的,这种教学模式不利于学生普通话水平的提高,而充分尊重学生的个体差异,使不同水平和基础的学生都能得到全面发展的分层教学有益于提高不同层次的学生的普通话水平。在分层教学模式中教学对象分层,即对学生进行分层是基础,为了保证学生分层的科学性和客观性,可以采用问卷调查和口试相结合的方式。在对学生进行分层时,教师应做好学生的心理工作,并要在此基础上科学地制定教学目标、教学大纲等,以保证分层教学的有效实施。
