胃切除短时期内一般于胃管内都可以吸出少量血液,大都在24—48小时内自行停止,或经过对症处理后停止。对出血量大,持续不续不停或反复出血需要再次手术止血者仅占少数。笔者曾在1968—1978年的十年间,在临床工作中因溃疡病施行胃切除168例,其中有12例因术后胃肠道大出血而再次手术。本文报告的目的为探讨出血原因和防治措施。
Gastrectomy within a short period of time generally in the stomach can suck a small amount of blood, mostly in 24-48 hours to stop, or after symptomatic treatment stopped. Large amount of bleeding, continuous non-stop or repeated bleeding need surgery to stop bleeding only a minority. In the ten years between 1968 and 1978, the author performed 168 cases of gastric resection for ulcer disease in clinical work, of which 12 cases underwent reoperation due to postoperative gastrointestinal bleeding. The purpose of this report is to explore the causes of bleeding and prevention and treatment measures.
