为了改善生产废弃碱酚醛树脂旧砂的铸造性能,在分析旧沙的特点及热法再生与湿法再生的特点后,采用热法湿法对其进行联合再生。使用电阻炉及实验室自制连续式洗砂机处理碱酚醛树脂旧砂,研究了时间、砂水比、换水次数、通气间隔时间等工艺参数对碱酚醛树脂旧砂再生效果的影响,得到了湿法再生优化的工艺参数。通过测试再生前后型砂的强度,证明联合再生可有效去除旧砂表面惰性膜,提高再生砂的性能。
